Finance Assistant

£20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
25 days holidays per year (excluding bank holidays).

Hospital Innovations is looking to recruit a permanent, full time Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team, based at our Pontyclun Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in finance to join our team, working in a busy department and reporting to the Finance Director. This role will give you a great deal of experience within finance. As the Finance Assistant your role will include:

·       Processing of supplier invoices
·       Processing of BACS/Cheque payments
·       Maintain cashbooks and bank reconciliations
·       Processing of monthly staff expenses
·       Maintenance of fixed asset register
·       Month end control over accruals and prepayments
·       General ledger reconciliations
·       Issue month end reports to senior management team
·       Quarterly VAT return
·       Ad-hoc analysis as required

With a good technical background in finance / accounting and experience of using SAP Business One Sage Accounting being advantageous, you will have experience as a finance assistant or similar level and be looking for a new challenge.  It would be desirable that you are AAT qualified or studying for a professional accounting qualification.

You will have the ability to work to your own initiative and to deadlines; you should be methodical, organised and have good communication skills, experience of MS Office, and the ability to interact at all levels.

Product Specialist  - South East England

£25,000 per annum + Bonus
25 days holidays per year (excluding bank holidays)

Hospital Innovations is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Product Specialist to work within the Business Development team. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience in a customer centric role. Working alongside the Business Development Manager the primary role of the Product Specialist is to prospect for new customers by networking, developing a rapport, making appointments, advertising or any other means of generating interest.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing role within Healthcare/Medical Devices/Pharma and a driving license is essential.

As a Product Specialist, confident communication skills are key - face-to-face, on the phone and online.

Alongside a generous basic salary of £25,000 you can also earn a bonus if annual team targets are met, and will receive a company car plus 25 days holidays per year (excluding bank holidays).
