Business Services Manager

Full-time, Office Based

Hospital Innovations is looking to recruit a full time Business Services Manager to join our team, based at our Pontyclun Head Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of leading a Customer Service team. This is a key role within our business, having responsibility for the Business Services department and driving continuous improvements throughout the department.

We are looking for someone who has experience of using SAP Business One and sales order processing.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a great team and great working environment. You will have the ability to work to your own initiative and to deadlines; you should be methodical, organised and have excellent communication skills, experience of MS Office and the ability to interact at all levels.

Product Manager - Orthobiologics/Sports Medicine

Permanent, full-time, Office Based

Hospital Innovations is looking to recruit a Product Manager - Orthobiologics/Sports Medicine to work alongside the Sales and Marketing Director and Product Manager to build key customer relationships and develop extensive knowledge of current market conditions, such as market growth rate, competitor activity in the market place and general awareness of new developments.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Sales or Marketing role within Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Arthroscopy;
  • Energetic, self-starting and self-motivated professional;
  • Goal driven;
  • Can work effectively as part of a team to deliver customer value;
  • Should be able to work under pressure, prioritise to meet deadlines, and multi-task;
  • Must have strong relationship building skills;
  • Forward thinkning and creative but also demonstrate flexibility;
  • A willingness to spend some evenings away from home;
  • Formal qualifications within sports, sciences or marketing disciplines;
  • Good general IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
  • Confident use of social media
