Bone Patellar Tendon Bone (BTB) allow for multiple technique and fixation options in ligament reconstruction procedures. BTB's from Hospital Innovations' iGraft division are sterilised without the use of irradiation through the patented BioCleanse® Tissue Sterilisation Process. This advanced technology inactivates or removes potential pathogens while maintaining the tissue’s biomechanical properties.

  • Bone block allows for multiple fixation types

  • Hemi BTB’s allow the surgeon to modify the shape of the bone block in order to meet the needs of each individual patient

  • Sterilised SAL 10-6

  • Minimises operating time and simplifies surgical technique compared to autograft, whilst eliminating donor site morbidity

  • Whole bone block allows for multiple fixation types

  • Whole BTB’s allow the surgeon to modify the shape of the bone block in order to meet the needs of each individual patient

  • Sterilised SAL 10-6

  • Minimises operating time and simplifies surgical technique compared to autograft, whilst eliminating donor site morbidity

  • Allows for multiple fixation types

  • Eliminates the need for intraoperative shaping, saving operating theatre time

  • Comes shaped in the most common drill sizes

  • Sterilised SAL 10-6

  • Minimises operating time and simplifies surgical technique compared to autograft, whilst eliminating donor site morbidity

The BTB Select® is an innovative allograft solution that allows the surgeon to specify the intra-articular length of the graft to match the patient:

  • Graft features a natural patellar bone block which allows for multiple fixation types

  • At the opposite end is an assembled cortical bone block

  • Assembled bone block has an anti-slip design to ensure it remains fixed in position and is secured with three interference fit machined cortical bone dowels, to ensure maximum stability of the construct

  • Assembled bone block has interference screw channels which aid with screw fixation

  • Assembled bone block allows for use in a standard 10mm tibial bone tunnel

  • Graft tail allows for additional fixation

  • Sterilised SAL10-6
